The Application Process

Start Online Submission

Fill in all the fields in the online form and ensure to add your child’s most recent results

Submit The Form

Ensure that all the details are perfect and cross check if all the fields have been filled in. Then submit the form

Review The Submission

We shall immediately contact you for further details relating to the admission of your child.

Gather Necessary Documents

After successful online application, we ask you to submit your past academic documents including past yearly reports and result slips.

Interviewing Process

The Interview process is simple and is conducted by our own teachers just to access the different skills and abilities from our prospective students.

Last Decision

After the interviews are done, we normally take two weeks to announce the successful candidates. Therefor, expect to hear from us after that period of time.

Things To Know First

The Common Application is required for students applying to any or all of KU’s three degree. You’ll be able to choose your campus and program s that you are interested.

You will need :

  • Contact information for the counselor or other school representative who will complete your Common Application School Report and submit your official high school transcript.
  • Contact information for one teacher (or two, maximum) who will complete the Teacher Evaluation form.
  • Nonrefundable Ugx. 100,000 application fee. Students who are unable to pay the application fee can request a fee waiver.
